Job summary

Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking an ANS QA Analyst to safeguard grant compliance and elevate program quality. The role focuses on data systems, documentation standards, and financial management of grant funds, with training and improvement planning across VOAC programs.

You will work with staff and leadership to monitor indicators, ensure accurate reporting, and support continuous improvement in service delivery and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, education, human services, social work, or closely related field.
• Two years’ experience in human service-related field and knowledge of service systems.
• Demonstrable expertise in data analysis using Microsoft Excel, Serve Tracker, SUDS and other funder reporting software.
• Must complete agency and program credentialing within 12 weeks of hire and maintain credentialing standards thereafter.
• Must possess a Colorado driver’s license, satisfactory MVR and state-mandated automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct strategic reviews to verify adherence to grant requirements across ANS programs.
• Evaluate program processes, documentation, and data quality; identify errors and coordinate remediation.
• Monitor outcomes and compliance indicators; notify leadership of non-compliance and initiate improvement planning.
• Conduct regular monitoring visits to assess compliance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Build and refine forms, dashboards, and reports to improve data accuracy and usability.
