Job summary

Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking a QA Analyst to safeguard grant compliance, strengthen program quality, and elevate customer experience across ANS programs. You will conduct strategic reviews, develop training on data systems, oversee grant fund management, and coordinate quality monitoring with funders.

Strong knowledge of Trauma‑Informed Care and related practices is preferred. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in human services analytics, credentialing readiness, and capability to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, education, human services, social work, or closely related field.
• Two years’ experience in human service-related field, including knowledge of relevant service systems.
• Must complete agency and program credentialing within 12 weeks of hire and maintain credentialing standards thereafter.
• Must possess a Colorado driver’s license, satisfactory MVR and state-mandated automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct strategic reviews to verify adherence to grant requirements across ANS programs; document findings and track follow-up actions.
• Evaluate program processes, documentation, and data quality; identify errors, non-compliance, or emerging risks early and coordinate timely remediation before audits or external reviews.
• Monitor outcomes and compliance indicators; promptly notify the Principal Analyst and appropriate program leadership of non-compliance or at-risk areas and initiate improvement planning when needed.
• Conduct regular monitoring visits of VOAC and community partner or subrecipient sites to assess compliance and alignment with best‑practice standards; elevate systemic issues with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Conduct formal site checks at least twice each year, or more frequently when risk indicates, and communicate findings to the Principal Analyst and program leadership.
