Job summary

Hawaiian Host Group is seeking a Quality Technician to assist with microbiological testing, specification tests, and kernel recovery, while supporting QA activities. You will help with water chemistry, sample testing, and nut quality analysis, following GMPs and safety standards.

Night shifts and extended hours may be required, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork. Applicants should have a high school diploma, basic math and computer skills, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; factory or lab experience preferred.
• Basic math, computer skills, and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines.
• Good verbal and written communication; follow instructions.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with microbiological testing, specification tests, and kernel recovery.
• Support water chemistry testing and autoclave operations as needed.
• Aid in product sampling and quality analysis of nut in shell.
• Follow GMPs and assist QA team; maintain safety standards.
• Work night shifts and extended hours; maintain regular attendance.
