Job summary

The Lead Group in Kansas City and Atlanta is expanding its IT operations and seeking a Software QA Analyst to join our in-house development team. You will help ensure the delivery of high-quality web applications and support testing across Production & Staging releases.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of QA experience, familiarity with Selenium or similar tools, SQL basics, Postman, and strong communication skills within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of software quality assurance experience.
• Experience testing web applications and services.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
• Experience with MSSQL and basic SQL queries.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in an Agile development environment.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user stories to develop and maintain test cases.
• Execute System, Integration, and Regression testing.
• Detect, track, and document defects clearly.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA team.
• Contribute to QA process improvements.
