Job summary

Darden is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Analyst to translate business requirements into executable tests and maintain test results to ensure production readiness. The role collaborates with development and management to verify QA release documentation and quality across software patches.

Candidates should have 2+ years in QA/QC, strong web testing experience, and proficiency with HP ALM, SQL, and regression testing within SDLC/STLC frameworks. A bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software QA/QC experience with test execution and validation.
• Experience testing web-based applications and understanding SDLC/STLC.
• Ability to design and execute functional, integration and regression tests.
• Knowledge of defect tracking and test documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements with project teams for testability.
• Create and maintain traceability using HP ALM and write test scenarios.
• Execute functional, integration and regression tests to ensure quality.
• Identify defects, report them clearly, and drive resolution.
• Analyze results and suggest QA process improvements.
• Provide timely test documentation and status reports.
