Job summary

DKMRBH Inc. seeks a QA Tester to act as a technical expert and information resource for assigned areas. You will lead tests, collaborate with the development team, and ensure software quality through rigorous manual and automated testing.

Responsibilities include creating test data, documenting results, and producing regular reports while supporting change control processes and QA best practices. Local candidates only; on-site role with potential for growth.

Qualifications

QA testing experience
Experience writing test scenarios and test cases in DevOps
Experience executing test cases manually
Experience reporting bugs in DevOps
Good verbal and written communication skills
Scripting test cases in UFT One or similar tool
Executing test cases with automation tools like UFT One
Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle
Familiarity of Salesforce platform

Responsibilities

Act as technical expert and information resource concerning assigned areas.
Perform and lead tests to ensure that all IT systems, products and services meet minimum standards and requirements.
Work closely with the applications development team during software development to include areas of application development, operation and technical support and security.
Lead and administer change control processes to ensure zero defect software development.
Create complex test data for applications.
Document testing data, findings and reports.
Provide requested weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports and regularly updates assigned manager.
Perform complex workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.
Recommend new and improved QA practices and procedures.
Prepare QA documents, manuals, training curriculum and training sessions.
Provide resources for agency technical writers.
Perform related duties, as assigned.
