  • Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test cases, scripts, and scenarios for assigned applications and modules
  • Validate application behavior against business and technical requirements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and usability
  • Identify, document, track, and retest defects using established defect management tools and processes
  • Perform regression testing to confirm fixes and prevent negative impacts to existing functionality
  • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and QA Leads in an agile environment
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Create and maintain clear test documentation, execution results, and defect evidence
  • Support test environment and test data readiness, reporting issues as they arise
  • Contribute to QA best practices, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
  • 4–7 years of professional QA and software testing experience, focused on system and functional testing
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, best practices, and test types (functional, integration, regression, UAT)
  • Hands‑on experience working in Agile delivery models such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Experience using test management and defect tracking tools (Azure DevOps, JIRA, TestRail, Xray, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for documenting defects and test outcomes
  • Ability to manage multiple testing tasks while meeting sprint commitments
Bonus Points If You Have
  • QA experience within financial or regulated organizations
  • Exposure to enterprise‑scale applications and complex integrations
  • Experience supporting UAT alongside business stakeholders
Education & Certifications You Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • ISTQB or similar software testing certification preferred

  • Comprehensive Benefits for you and your dependents – Medical, dental, vision, free tele‑health, HSA with company contribution, life and disability insurance, and 401k with matching
  • Paid Time Off – Both compensation models offer paid time away from work
  • Onsite Collaboration – Work closely with your team onsite in Minneapolis (more than 3 days per week)
