Job summary

Certifi is seeking a resilient QA Analyst to join our Quality Assurance team in Minneapolis for on-site work. You will rigorously test product changes, collaborate across teams, and support ad-hoc QA tasks to improve workflow predictability.

Responsibilities include executing test plans, identifying defects, and validating fixes. A minimum of two years in QA and knowledge of SQL/web testing are preferred; bachelor’s degree is a plus. Medical benefits and 401(k) are among offered perks.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in a QA role.
• Familiarity with QA tools and defect tracking systems.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC.
• Basic SQL and web testing knowledge.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on product changes.
• Identify, document, and track defects in the tracking system; update as needed.
• Verify fixes and re-test.
• Ensure changes meet quality standards; participate in release testing.
