Job summary

The YGS Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst in York, PA (On-Site) to strengthen our ISO 9001 QMS, improve manufacturing processes, and ensure products meet high quality standards. You will partner with production, engineering, scheduling, prepress, finishing, and leadership to drive quality across operations.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years in QA/quality engineering within manufacturing, strong analytical and documentation skills, and ability to lead corrective actions and process

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• 2-5 years of Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or related manufacturing experience.
• Experience performing Root Cause Analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead quality investigations and Root Cause Analyses (RCA).
• Manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMR).
• Conduct quality inspections and process audits.
• Identify trends through production and quality data analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and quality documentation.
• Train and support operational teams on quality standards and best practices.
• Monitor compliance with customer requirements, internal standards, ISO requirements, and SOC controls.
• Communicate quality metrics, findings, and recommendations to leadership.
• Support special projects and organizational quality initiatives.
