Job summary

ILM San Francisco is seeking a QA Analyst for a short-term project based in the Bay Area. The role focuses on manual testing across PC/console and mobile platforms, with collaborations between Designers and Engineers to ensure gameplay quality and balance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years QA experience in games or related field.
• Ability to follow rigorous QA processes.
• Strong QA/testing knowledge.
• Mobile game testing (iOS/Android).
• Self-motivated and able to work without supervision.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual build verification, regression, and general testing for quality & performance.
• Work directly with the development teams.
• Assist in refinement and improvements of test procedures and test plans.
• Provide assistance to Designers and Engineers, regarding game-play and game-balance analysis.
• Identify and report defects and deficiencies to maintain a high quality level with our products.
• Test and verify quality of software and internal tools.
