Job summary

ILM’s Interactive team seeks a QA Analyst to ensure the highest quality of immersive experiences across VR/AR and location-based platforms. You will perform manual testing, collaborate with developers, and refine test plans while assisting designers and engineers with gameplay analysis.

The role emphasizes strong QA processes, bug tracking, and effective communication, with testing across PC/console and mobile platforms. SF location, full-time, with benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years QA experience in game industry or related field.
• Strong QA process knowledge and testing rigor.
• Experience with JIRA or similar bug trackers.
• Experience testing PC/console games and mobile games.
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual build verification, regression, and general testing for quality & performance.
• Work directly with the development teams.
• Assist in refinement of test procedures and test plans.
• Provide assistance to Designers and Engineers regarding gameplay and balance analysis.
• Identify and report defects to maintain high quality.
• Test and verify quality of software and internal tools.
