Ledgent Technology is seeking a QA Analyst to lead testing across enterprise applications and own test strategy in a healthcare IT environment. You will mentor junior QA members and collaborate with IT leadership and vendors to ensure high-quality releases.

The role emphasizes test planning, execution, and defect management using Azure DevOps, with a focus on SDLC processes and strong communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive QA experience including unit, system, and UAT testing.
• MUST HAVE experience in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of full lifecycle SDLC processes.
• Hands-on experience with test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar repositories and QA tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing efforts across enterprise applications and ensure high-quality releases.
• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases.
• Estimate QA effort and contribute to sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Perform unit, system, and UAT testing across the SDLC.
• Identify testing risks and escalate issues to leadership.
• Create, track, and resolve defects using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Partner with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Support release management activities to ensure smooth deployments.
• Mentor mid-level and junior QA team members.
• Stay current with QA best practices, tools, and industry trends.
