Job summary

Jones Dairy Farm, a long-established family-owned company in Wisconsin, is seeking a QA Auditor to monitor production and sanitation practices, collect samples, and ensure compliance with USDA standards. The role involves collaborating with production teams and regulatory inspectors to uphold quality and safety across the facility.

The successful candidate will have related QA experience in food manufacturing, strong communication skills, and the physical capability to perform required duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food manufacturing QA environment preferred.
• Knowledge of USDA and HACCP standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong accuracy and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Performs product checks to ensure specifications are met and issues assigned reports.
• Places and releases QA holds.
• Interacts with production employees, supervisory staff, government representatives and office/managerial staff professionally.
• Performs special projects as assigned.
• Supports QA Director & QA Supervisor as needed.
