Job summary

Moss & Associates LLC, a national construction firm, seeks a QA Analyst, Business Systems, at our Fort Lauderdale, FL office. You will design and execute test plans, validate requirements, and ensure quality across software solutions used in design-build and construction management environments.

3-4 years of testing experience, familiarity with Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, and Procore, plus a base knowledge of test automation, are preferred.

Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in a related field strongly preferred.
• 3-4 years of experience in test planning and development and software testing.
• Experience supporting both Waterfall and Agile delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans and test cases based on business and system requirements.
• Plan and conduct functional, integration, and end-to-end testing; support UAT and regression testing.
• Document defects with clear reproduction steps and evidence; validate fixes and re-test as needed.
• Collaborate with QA leadership and project teams to manage testing priorities and timelines.
• Assist with automation testing and provide feedback on gaps and failures.
