Job summary

Moss is seeking a QA Analyst, Business Systems in Fort Lauderdale, FL to design and execute test cases ensuring solutions meet business requirements and quality standards across Waterfall and Agile lifecycles.

You will create test plans, maintain test cases, support UAT, regression testing, and assist with automated tests, while collaborating with business, PMO, and implementation teams to deliver quality software.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in test planning and development, and software testing.
• Experience supporting both Waterfall and Agile delivery models.
• Working knowledge of enterprise applications such as Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, Procore, and/or similar systems preferred.
• Basic familiarity with test automation concepts and tools is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to balance and prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing project status and priorities.
• Ability to report to our Fort Lauderdale, FL, office, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET.
• Occasional evening and weekend work to support project and release deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain test scenarios and test cases based on business and system requirements.
• Plan, execute, or manage execution of functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Participate in planning, development, and execution of User Acceptance Testing.
• Support regression testing activities for releases and vendor updates.
• Assist with execution of automated tests and provide feedback to automation resources on gaps and failures.
• Document defects with clear reproduction steps and evidence.
• Validate defect fixes and perform re-testing as required.
• Maintain testing evidence and ensure accurate reporting of test status.
• Collaborate with QA leadership and project teams to manage testing priorities and timelines.
