Job summary

Kinsale Insurance is seeking a QA Analyst to partner across the SDLC, shaping testability and risk-based quality strategies. You will drive automation, collaborate with product and engineering, and embed quality throughout design and development.

You’ll work with modern QA practices, contribute to performance, security, and observability efforts, and mentor teammates to elevate Kinsale's quality culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with web, API, database testing and automation.
• Ability to translate requirements into test strategies and cases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and modern QA practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify and solve quality problems independently and as part of a team.
• Design sustainable test automation for end-to-end coverage.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate requirements into tests.
• Incorporate non-functional requirements into quality plans.
• Diagnose defects with evidence and verify fixes.
• Mentor others and influence quality strategy.
