Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Manual QA Analyst to perform manual testing, develop and review test cases, and validate data integrity across applications.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OpenText/HP ALM, SQL, XML, and AI-assisted QA tools to improve testing efficiency, with strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1-7 years of experience in Software Testing / ManualQA.
• Hands-on experience with OpenText/HP ALM.
• Strong experience in data testing and data validation.
• Working knowledge of SQL and XML.
• Solid hands-on experience using AI tools in QA activities, such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar tools.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve test case creation, test scenario generation, test data preparation, and test documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and defect-reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of applications to ensure functionality, quality, and reliability.
• Develop, review, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Identify, document, track, and report software defects.
• Use OpenText/HP ALM for test management, defect tracking, and test execution.
• Perform data validation and database testing using SQL and XML.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar tools in daily QA activities.
• Use Generative AI tools to improve test design, generate test scenarios, create test data, and accelerate test documentation.
• Validate AI-generated test cases and outputs for accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to resolve issues.
• Ensure testing activities follow established quality standards and project requirements.
