Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking a detail-oriented ManualQA Analyst in Boston to perform manual testing, validate data, and ensure quality across applications.

The role requires hands-on experience with OpenText/HP ALM, SQL, and XML, and the ability to leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) to enhance testing efficiency. Responsibilities include test case development, defect reporting, and collaboration with developers and analysts to resolve issues.

Job description

We are looking for a detail-orientedManualQAAnalystwith hands-on experience in software testing, test execution, and data validation. The ideal candidate should have practical experience with OpenText/HP ALM, SQL, and XML, along with strong knowledge of using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms to improveQAprocesses and testing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of applications to ensure functionality, quality, and reliability.
• Develop, review, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Identify, document, track, and report software defects.
• Use OpenText/HP ALM for test management, defect tracking, and test execution.
• Perform data validation and database testing using SQL and XML.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar tools in dailyQAactivities.
• Use Generative AI tools to improve test design, generate test scenarios, create test data, and accelerate test documentation.
• Validate AI-generated test cases and outputs for accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and otherQAteam members to resolve issues.
• Ensure testing activities follow established quality standards and project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–7 years of experience in Software Testing / ManualQA.
• Hands-on experience withOpenText/HP ALM.
• Strong experience in data testing and data validation.
• Working knowledge ofSQL and XML.
• Solid hands-on experience usingAI tools inQAactivities, such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar tools.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve test case creation, test scenario generation, test data preparation, and test documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and defect-reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) tools to improveQAproductivity and testing efficiency.
• Ability to validate AI-generated outputs and ensure accuracy.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies andQAbest practices.
