Kavaliro is seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our client’s team on a fully remote basis (Orlando-based candidates only). This individual will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of systems through comprehensive testing and validation processes. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in systems development testing, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools.

Responsibilities:

• Execute manual and automated testing for enterprise applications
• Conduct and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders
• Analyze business and technical requirements to create effective test plans and test cases
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure thorough testing coverage
• Document defects clearly and follow through to resolution
• Use ALM tools for test planning, execution, and defect management
• Support the software development lifecycle by identifying areas of risk and improvement
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives in QA practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of systems development and QA testing experience
• Demonstrated experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Proficient in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools
• Strong experience in requirements analysis and translating them into effective test scenarios
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with SAP Ariba is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Basic understanding of automation frameworks
• ISTQB or similar certification is a plus
