JOB SUMMARY
The Fiscal Management Services Quality Assurance (FMS QA) Analyst assists Consumer Direct Care Network by reviewing applicable rules and regulations, updating policies and procedures, and assessing process flows as requirements and systems/tools change. They conduct advanced reporting and oversight activities, handle complex projects, and provide direct support to senior leadership on projects as needed.
