JOB SUMMARY

The Fiscal Management Services Quality Assurance (FMS QA) Analyst assists Consumer Direct Care Network by reviewing applicable rules and regulations, updating policies and procedures, and assessing process flows as requirements and systems/tools change. They conduct advanced reporting and oversight activities, handle complex projects, and provide direct support to senior leadership on projects as needed.

JOB DETAILS

  1. Correspond with internal teams including the FEA Team, CGE Team, and Program Offices.
  2. Provide IT with business requirements to aid system configuration and improvements.
  3. Promote cohesiveness in the office environment.
  4. Support day-to-day operations and client advocacy.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders regarding service delivery based on program requirements.
  6. Communicate effectively in written and verbal forms.
  7. Ensure compliance with legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures.
  8. Conduct advanced reporting and oversight activities.
  9. Demonstrate effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  10. Exhibit proficiency in computer and Excel skills.
  11. Handle complex special projects.
  12. Maintain skills and knowledge to coordinate workflow efficiently.
  13. Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely completion.
  14. Participate in professional development and training activities.
  15. Prioritize and multitask effectively.
  16. Be knowledgeable about specific program requirements.
  17. Provide direct support to senior leadership on projects as needed.
  18. Offer customer service support for escalated issues.
  19. Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in the FEA industry preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Previous office experience preferred.
  • Combination of education and experience acceptable.
  • If working remotely, must provide reliable internet access.

The incumbent typically works in an office environment, using a computer, telephone, and other equipment. The noise level is typical of an office setting. The role may involve frequent interruptions, and the employee may need to sit, talk, hear, and perform repetitive motions. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds may be required.
