Job summary

ATC in Indianapolis seeks a QA expert to act as a technical resource across IT systems and applications. You will lead testing efforts, develop complex test data, and document findings for continuous quality improvements.

Collaborating with development and security teams, you will drive change-control processes to achieve zero-defect software releases and prepare QA training materials for staff and writers.

  • Provide requested weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports and regularly updates assigned manager.
  • Perform complex workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.
  • Recommend new and improved QA practices and procedures.
  • Prepare QA documents, manuals, training curriculum and training sessions.
  • Provide resources for agency technical writers.
