Williams-Sonoma, Inc Supply Chain in Olive Branch, MS seeks a Seasonal Lead for the D shift to train and direct a team to meet production goals and ensure on-time deliveries. The role requires strong coaching, communication, and flexibility to work in multiple areas as needed.

The position is seasonal, non-exempt, and located at Olive Branch, MS. Applicants should be prepared to work Wed-Sat, 6:00pm-4:30am, and support a dynamic distribution environment with attention to safety and process

• Over 4,000 Full-Time Associates across the Supply Chain
• 14.5M square feet of small parcel, personalization, furniture, and manufacturing space in the domestic US, Williams-Sonoma has developed an agile and capable distribution network consisting of the following:
  • Large package / furniture distribution centers located in Southern California, Northern California, Texas, Georgia, and New Jersey totaling 9.2M square feet plus another 1.2M square feet of standalone final-mile furniture hubs.
• Small package eCommerce distribution centers located in Mississippi and Arizona totaling 3.2M square feet, consisting of over 1,000 full-time associates and 1,500 seasonal/temporary associates in Mississippi
  • Sutter Street Manufacturing upholstery factories located in North Carolina and Mississippi totaling with over 1,400 full-time employees producing approximately $900 million to $1 billion in sales of upholstered furniture

This position is responsible for training and directing a team of associates to achieve departmental production goals in order to provide customers with the ultimate delivery experience. Control the workflow on the floor to include prioritizing team goals to ensure that deadlines are met. Tracking and providing feedback on productivity and quality related performances, researching, and resolving issues.

The Seasonal Lead positions are located in Olive Branch, MS.
