Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Seasonal Lead Personalization – Nights to lead and train a team in the personalization area. The role is a 2nd shift, 6:00pm to 4:30am, with potential movement to other departments and overtime as needed.

You will manage labor allocation, conduct meetings, set clear expectations, monitor performance, and help maintain a safe, productive warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Direct to Customer (DTC ) process of Supply Chain Management.
• Available to work overtime and flexible schedules.
• Able to work in various departments and buildings as needed.
• Focus on maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, coach, and train associates to perform at their best
• Set and communicate clear goals to associates
• Support daily management of departmental duties including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and communicating with internal/external stakeholders
• Ensure successful departmental performance through tracking, reporting and feedback
• Create, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for assigned areas

The Seasonal Lead Personalization- Nights (Lead PZ) positions are located in Olive Branch, MS

MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO MOVE TO THE WORK: SEASONALS MAY BE ASKED TO WORK IN OTHER DEPARTMENTS AS PICKERS/STOCKERS The shift is a 2nd shift role Monday - Wednesday & Sunday 6:00pm - 4:30am.
