Williams-Sonoma DC - Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Seasonal Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for both non-exempt and exempt roles within our distribution network. The role supports our Olive Branch campus and reports to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition.

The position emphasizes building a diverse candidate pipeline, partnering with HR and leadership, and managing high-volume hiring during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least 1-3 years of sourcing and full-cycle recruiting experience in a distribution center or manufacturing environment, supporting high-volume positions
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite with an emphasis on Excel; experience with PowerPoint, Canva or related graphic design/communication software
• Must have a high degree of professionalism and the ability to work with confidential information
• Ability to meet and exceed recruitment metrics and build strategies based on Department KPIs
• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS platforms
• Ability to multitask and adapt recruitment focus to business needs

Responsibilities

• Maintain a diverse candidate pipeline year-round and during peak seasons.
• Collaborate with HR and business leadership to fill open positions.

Seasonal Talent Acquisition - Recruiter

The Seasonal Talent Acquisition - Recruiter is responsible for providing full-cycle recruitment filling both non - exempt and exempt level positions. The Recruiter will ensure a qualified, diverse candidate pipeline exists for jobs throughout the year and during our company Peak Seasons throughout our Final Mile and Distribution network. This position will collaborate with the HR Department and other Business Unit Leadership, as needed to fill open positions in our regional campus locations. This hourly position willreportdirectly to our Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition.
