Job summary

Williams-Sonoma DC - Olive Branch, MS is seeking a PZ Seasonal Clerk to support our Distribution Center operations in Olive Branch. The role involves safety promotion, report generation, load planning assistance, and cross-department collaboration.

The shift runs Wednesday to Saturday, 5:00pm–3:00am, with overtime flexibility. This position requires a high school diploma, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Direct to Customer (DTC) process of Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety awareness and cultivate the safety culture throughout the company.
• Gather information, prepare, update, and publish DC reports.
• Assist Lead with load planning as needed.
• Close Pool, OT, and Furniture loads as needed.
• Close UPS manifests as needed.
• Research and publish OS&D reports as needed.

The PZ Seasonal Clerk position is located in Olive Branch, MS.

The shift is Wednesday - Saturday 5:00pm - 3:00am.
