Qualifications

• Solid Python scripting — writing automated test cases, not just executing them.
• Test strategy and planning — owns the full QA lifecycle from plan to report
• Black-box and input/output validation experience
• Regression and permutation testing across configurable parameters
• Formal test reporting for client-facing acceptance processes
• Git workflows
• Experience testing simulation, game, or physics-based systems
• Gymnasium or any RL framework exposure
• pytest or similar Python testing frameworks
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Familiarity with CI pipelines and automated test trigge

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end QA lifecycle from planning to reporting.
• Validate complex, configurable software systems using Python automation.
• Execute black-box and input/output validation across multiple configurations.
• Perform regression and permutation testing across configurable parameters.
• Provide formal test reports for client-facing acceptance processes.
