Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a senior software engineer to join a team building an enterprise‑grade agentic AI platform. You will design, develop, and deploy full‑stack applications using Python, FastAPI, and React, while advancing Agentic AI capabilities and AI orchestration frameworks.

The role requires expertise with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic), LangChain, LangGraph, Langfuse, and strong PostgreSQL/Redis experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Python and modern backend development.
• Experience with FastAPI and RESTful API design.
• Strong frontend development experience with React.js.
• Hands-on experience building Agentic AI applications.
• Practical experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar), LangChain, LangGraph, Langfuse.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Redis.
• Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable distributed systems.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in an international environment.
• English: B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications using Python, FastAPI, and React.
• Build and enhance Agentic AI solutions leveraging LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and integrations with external systems and AI tools.
• Design and optimize data models and queries in PostgreSQL.
• Implement caching, session management, and performance optimization using Redis.
• Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, and product stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to engineering best practices.
• Contribute to system observability, monitoring, troubleshooting, and platform reliability.
• Participate in solution design and technical leadership.
• Support CI/CD processes and cloud‑native application deployment.

Project Description:

Join a team developing an enterprise-grade agentic AI platform that leverages AI agents, tools, skills, and orchestration capabilities to automate cybersecurity and business processes. The project involves building and enhancing modern GenAI solutions using technologies such as Python, Azure, RAG, MCP integrations, CI/CD, observability, and scalable cloud-native architectures. You will work on designing, developing, and industrializing advanced agent‑based AI applications, contributing to new use cases, integrations, security features, and platform evolution.
