Job summary

Luxoft Poland is seeking an experienced software engineer to join an enterprise-grade GenAI platform team. You will design and develop full-stack applications using Python, FastAPI, and React, and build agentic AI solutions with LLMs, LangChain, and LangGraph.

You will collaborate with DevOps and product teams to deliver scalable cloud-native solutions. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in software development, strong backend and frontend skills, and hands-on experience with AI tooling and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong Python and modern backend development expertise.
• Experience with FastAPI and RESTful API design.
• Strong frontend development experience with React.js.
• Hands-on experience building Agentic AI applications.
• Practical experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar), LangChain, LangGraph, Langfuse.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Redis.
• Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable distributed systems.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in an international environment.
• English : B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python, FastAPI, and React.
• Build and enhance Agentic AI solutions leveraging LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, and AI orchestration frameworks.

Join a team developing an enterprise-grade agentic AI platform that leverages AI agents, tools, skills, and orchestration capabilities to automate cybersecurity and business processes. The project involves building and enhancing modern GenAI solutions using technologies such as Python, Azure, RAG, MCP integrations, CI/CD, observability, and scalable cloud-native architectures. You will work on designing, developing, and industrializing advanced agent-based AI applications, contributing to new use cases, integrations, security features, and platform evolution.
