Job summary

Luxoft Poland is seeking an experienced backend/frontend engineer to design, develop, and scale an enterprise-grade agentic AI platform. You will work with Python, FastAPI, React, and modern AI tooling to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Must have 7+ years of software development, strong Python skills, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Redis, and experience with LLMs and orchestration frameworks. This role requires collaborating across teams in an international environment and contributing to CI/CD

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Python and modern backend development.
• Experience with FastAPI and RESTful API design.
• Strong frontend development experience with React.js.
• Hands-on experience building Agentic AI applications.
• Practical experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar), LangChain, LangGraph, Langfuse.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Redis.
• Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable distributed systems.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in an international environment.
• English: B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python, FastAPI, and React.
• Build and enhance Agentic AI solutions leveraging LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and integrations with external systems and AI tools.
• Design and optimize data models and queries in PostgreSQL.
• Implement caching, session management, and performance optimization using Redis.
• Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, and product stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to engineering best practices.
• Contribute to system observability, monitoring, troubleshooting, and platform reliability.

The project involves building and enhancing modern GenAI solutions using technologies such as Python, Azure, RAG, MCP integrations, CI/CD, observability, and scalable cloud-native architectures. You will work on designing, developing, and industrializing advanced agent-based AI applications, contributing to new use cases, integrations, security features, and platform evolution.
