Gartner IT is seeking a Software Developer to design, implement, and support Python-based web applications that underpin our Consulting & Insights Technology strategy. You’ll work on full-stack development with Django/Flask and modern front-end tech.

The role requires a CS degree and 2+ years of experience, with strong Python skills, SQL databases, and experience in AGILE-SCRUM. We offer hybrid work, extensive benefits, and a culture of innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years' experience in software development with full stack web applications.
• Strong knowledge of Python programming language.
• Hands on experience with Django, Flask or other Python frameworks.
• Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with either AWS OR ReactJs.
• Experience with relational databases using SQL (SQLServer, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Good problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, unit, integration testing and supporting Python based applications and services
• Contribute to the review and analysis of business requirements
• Collaborate on architecture and technical design discussions
• Perform and participate in code reviews, peer inspections and technical design/specifications
• Documenting and review detailed design
