HRforGrowth is seeking an experienced Python/Django Software Developer to join its client's development team, contributing to a healthcare software platform from design through launch and ongoing enhancement. The ideal candidate has strong Python and Django expertise, at least three years in healthcare, and a track record of delivering production-grade software.

The role offers a hybrid work setup and compensation in the $150,000–$200,000 range.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional Django development experience.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with Python and Django.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field required.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining production software applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain Python/Django code for a healthcare software platform.
• Develop features, backend services, and platform capabilities.
• Translate business and healthcare requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to architecture, implementation, and launch efforts; drive ongoing improvement.
• Ensure software is scalable, secure, and maintainable; follow engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, healthcare experts, product stakeholders, and leadership.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
