The ideal candidate has strong hands-on Python and Django experience, at least 3 years in healthcare, and will translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional Django development experience.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with Python and Django.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining production software applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Python/Django code for the healthcare software platform.
• Build new features, functionality, backend services, and platform capabilities.
• Translate product, business, and healthcare requirements into scalable and reliable technical solutions.
• Contribute to the development of the software platform from initial architecture through launch and ongoing enhancement.
• Develop and maintain production-quality software applications following engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, software developers, healthcare SMEs, product stakeholders, and leadership.
• Troubleshoot, debug, diagnose, and resolve application issues.
• Ensure software is scalable, secure, and maintainable.
