• Develop and optimize featuresusing Python and Flask, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Contribute to the release cycle, ensuring smooth deployments and beta releases.
• Review and provide feedbackon pull requests, helping to maintain clean, efficient code.
• Assist associate developers, guiding them through best practices and helping them grow.
• Perform code reviews, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring coding standards are met.
• Collaborate with senior developers, providing valuable insights from the development team.
• Bring fresh ideasto improve workflows, development stacks, and team processes.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• 3+ years of experience in Python and Flask.
• Strong knowledge ofSQL databases(PostgreSQL preferred) andNoSQL solutions(DynamoDB, Redis).
• Proficiency with Dockerand containerization workflows.
• Ability todesign, develop, and integrate REST APIs.
• Great English communication skillsto navigate rapidly changing business contexts and technical discussions.
• Experience inunit testing and CI/CD workflows.
• A problem-solving mindset with strong knowledge ofOOP and SOLID principles.
• Foundational knowledge of AWS.
• Bonus points for experience with microservice architecture!
