Qualificações

• Опыт разработки Python backend и построения REST API.
• Понимание микросервисов и распределённых систем.
• Опыт аутентификации, авторизации и RBAC.
• Практические навыки Git, code review, CI/CD и автоматизированного тестирования.
• Умение работать с существующими кодовыми базами и улучшать их
• Коммуникабельность и взаимодействие с техническими стейкхолдерами.
• Старшее мышление, владение контекстом технологий и бизнеса.
• Будет плюсом: Docker, Kubernetes, платформа-инфраструктура, Nautobot/NetBox, multi-tenant, self-service portals, React.

Responsabilidades

• Extend existing Python APIs and implement new platform features
• Improve backend and API services, including RBAC and multi-tenancy capabilities
• Support integrations with infrastructure services
• Contribute to code quality, maintainability, documentation, and delivery standards

Требования

• Strong commercial experience in Python backend development
• Experience building REST APIs and backend services
• Good understanding of microservices and distributed systems
• Experience with authentication, authorization, and RBAC concepts
• Practical knowledge of Git, code review, CI/CD, and automated testing
• Ability to work with existing codebases and improve them incrementally
• Good communication skills and ability to work with technical stakeholders
• Senior mindset, ownership, and ability to understand technical and business context
