Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a skilled Python Developer to join the AI team in building AI-powered applications. You will design, implement, and optimize Python-based solutions, collaborating with AI specialists to deliver scalable software.

Responsibilities include embedding AI capabilities, conducting code reviews, and driving engineering process improvements. Strong Python skills and 2+ years of experience are required, with AWS and Docker experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of applicable software development experience.
• Strong command of Python for crafting reliable, production-grade applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms to design and deliver intelligent solutions.
• Experience with AWS for deploying and operating cloud-based applications.
• Real-world use of Claude Code or comparable AI-powered development tools.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken (B2+ level or higher).
• Nice to have background with AWS Bedrock for generative AI apps.
• Working knowledge of Docker for packaging applications into containers.
