Job summary

Acceler8 Talent is seeking a Principal Python Engineer (Modeling & Simulation) in the US for a defence-tech client pushing AI-assisted development infrastructure for mission-critical environments.

You will own production Python systems end-to-end, design scalable architectures, and mentor engineers while remaining hands-on across Python, C++, AI, and heterogeneous compute. US citizenship/clearance eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Own production Python systems end-to-end with responsibility for performance and reliability.
• Design scalable backend architectures across APIs, data models and queues.
• Experience with modelling/simulation and C++ is a plus; familiarity with heterogeneous compute.

The role:
