Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Python development experience.
• Hands-on with FastAPI and REST API development.
• Experience configuring and managing Nginx.
• Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS).
• Proficiency in Docker and containerization.
• Strong MySQL knowledge including schema design and queries.
• Experience with MongoDB indexing and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of web app security and cloud security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Python applications and REST APIs using FastAPI.
• Design scalable, secure, and efficient backend architectures.
• Configure and manage Nginx for reverse proxy, load balancing, and performance optimization.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
• Use Docker for containerization and consistent deployment environments.
• Design and optimize MySQL databases, including schema design and query performance.
• Manage MongoDB databases, including indexing and efficiency in data retrieval.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and deployment issues.
• Follow coding standards and write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with the team to improve application quality.
• Implement security best practices across applications and cloud infrastructure.
