Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Python API / Java Developer with strong hands‑on expertise in Python, Java, API development, microservices, and database technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience designing, developing, and integrating enterprise‑level applications, with exposure to AI‑driven software development practices.

Experience in Fixed Income, Equities, or Capital Markets is preferred.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in Python development, including FastAPI, Flask, RESTful API development, and API integrations.
• 7+ years of hands‑on experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Proven experience building enterprise‑level applications and integrating Python‑based services with Java applications and databases.
• Strong database development experience with PostgreSQL, Db2, MongoDB, or Snowflake.
• Proficiency in complex SQL queries, stored procedure development, database optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience with AI‑driven Software Development Life Cycle (AI SDLC) practices, including specification‑driven design and development.
• Experience designing and developing innovative workflows using agentic AI orchestration.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and passionate about technology and innovation.
