Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking a senior software engineer with extensive experience in Fixed Income or Capital Markets. The candidate will work on enterprise-grade applications, integrating Python, Java, Flask API, and modern microservices in a complex environment.

Prior exposure to AI-driven SDLC and agentic orchestration is highly valued. Applicants should have strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of solid hands-on experience using Python, FAST, Flask API and API Integration experience building enterprise level applications and integration with Java and DB
• 7+ years of solid hands-on experience using Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservice
• Hands on experience with PostgreSQL/Db2 or NoSQL MongoDB or Snowflake including complex SQL, Stored Proc development and performance tuning.
• AI SDLC - Spec Driven Design AI development experience, Design/development reimagine workflows using Agentic orchestration.
• Good communication and presentation skills: ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, across all stakeholder groups and with staff from junior to senior levels
• Good understanding of Fixed Income, Equity or Capital Market experience working with business users.
• Experience with front end technology - Angular or React.
• Experience with Co-pilot and Spec Driven Development, AI proficiency , Agentic orchestration of business process.

Job description

Experience of Fixed Income or Capital Market project/domain experience is plus/preferred.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $33.29/hour - $52.01/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
