IPolarity is seeking a hands-on Lead Java Full Stack Developer to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade, API-first platforms using modern Java technologies, AWS cloud services, and AI-driven solutions. • 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Java 11/17/21, Spring Boot, REST APIs, JSON, and OpenAPI.
• Extensive experience designing and developing Microservices and API integrations.
• Strong frontend development experience with ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and WebSockets.
• Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture and messaging platforms such as Kafka, AWS SNS, and SQS.
• Strong AWS cloud-native architecture and development experience.
• Experience with Agentic AI, LLMs/SLMs, MCP, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS, and serverless computing.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Spinnaker, Terraform, and automated deployments.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, Aurora, DynamoDB, and DocumentDB.
