Job summary

HireHi is seeking a backend engineer to build memory-enabled agents and integrate AWS AgentCore Memory API for write-on-turn and retrieve-on-turn workflows. You will design memory namespaces with per-agent isolation and per-user scoping, and work with templates to enable memory via configuration.

You will develop Python SDKs, helpers, and APIs for stateful services, focusing on session management and context persistence in AI/ML environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of backend engineering experience with AI/ML systems.
• Experience integrating APIs for stateful services.
• Experience with session management and context persistence.
• Experience with Python SDK development.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with AWS AgentCore Memory API (create, query, update, delete).
• Experience designing memory namespaces with per-agent isolation and per-user scoping.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python helpers for memory-enabled agents.
• Integrate write-on-turn session event storage and retrieve-on-turn context fetching.
• Implement memory lifecycle operations: create, query, update, delete.
