Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a senior engineering leader to lead and grow a team responsible for AgentCore Memory, a managed memory service for AI agents. You will own the delivery of globally distributed, high-throughput services and set the technical direction across multiple AWS regions.

The role requires extensive experience in building large-scale distributed systems, mentoring engineers, and driving operational excellence and reliability in production environments.

Qualifications

• Requires 7+ years of engineering experience and 3+ years in team leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience building large-scale multi-tier distributed systems using Java, C#, or C++.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of engineers to deliver AgentCore Memory, a globally distributed high-throughput service.
