About This Role

Textron Systems is seeking an experienced PWB/PWA/Flex Design Engineer to join our team developing and improving product designs to support advanced emerging programs. This individual will work as part of a multidisciplinary design team developing electronic systems for Space Applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop new PWB/PWA/Flex designs and transition them into military qualified hardware.
• Specify appropriate PWB/PWA/Flex construction based on requirements and environments.
• Appraise IPC standards, supplier PWB/PWA/Flex fabrication techniques and controlled impedance path layouts.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in PWB/PWA/Flex layout.
• Experience with high-density printed circuit boards using Cadence/Allegro products.
• Experience in controlled track impedance, RF PWB, and guard track layout.
• Allegro PWB designer experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining component libraries.
• Experience in footprint generation.
• Active security clearance preferred; eligibility for clearance required.
• Education: AS degree in PWB design or equivalent.

Pay range: $32.64 - $48.70 per hour (in compliance with the local pay transparency law).
