Job summary
Qualifications
- AS degree in PWB design or equivalent.
- 3+ years in PWB/PWA/Flex layout.
- Experience with high-density boards (Cadence/Allegro).
- Familiarity with IPC standards and impedance control.
Responsibilities
- Develop new PWB/PWA/Flex designs for military hardware.
- Transition designs into military qualified hardware.
- Specify construction based on requirements and environments.
- Coordinate with suppliers for fabrication.
