Textron Systems is seeking an experienced PWB/PWA/Flex Design Engineer to join our team. You will develop and improve product designs for advanced emerging programs and work on electronic systems for Space Applications.

Your responsibilities include developing new designs, ensuring they meet military standards, and maintaining component libraries. A strong background in PWB layout and experience with Allegro are essential. We offer flexible work schedules and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in PWB/PWA/Flex layout.
• Experience in the layout of high density printed circuit boards.
• Knowledgeable in IPC standards and fabrication techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop new PWB/PWA/Flex designs and transition them into military qualified hardware.
• Specify appropriate PWB/PWA/Flex construction based on requirements.
• Maintain component libraries and generate footprints.
