Qualifications

• Prior experience as a PVD Chamber Operator is required.
• HS degree or HS equivalency diploma is recommended.
• Achieve a Color Acuity score of 40 or better.
• Prior maintenance and technical experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
• Analyze machine data and interpret reports.
• Certified in confined spaces, fall protection or willing to certify.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, program, start up and shut down machines and equipment.
• Maintain machines, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, repair and correct pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and vacuum components.
• Perform mechanical and vacuum pump repairs.
• Decide recipes based on finish and parts produced.
• Load and unload parts, rack and unrack parts.
• Perform parts inspection and make quality decisions.
• Work safely and follow 5S and visual workplace standards.
• Complete hazard observations and report unsafe actions.
