Job summary

General Shale in Siloam Springs, AR operates a 24/7 PVC production line. The role involves overseeing the line, achieving quality targets, and coordinating with the team to maintain smooth production.

Starting wage is $22.46 per hour during a 60-day probation, with shift differential progression to $22.91 after probation across first/second and third/fourth shifts. Overtime may be required as part of a manufacturing schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read a tape measure (1/8, 1/16, 1/32 marks).
• Two years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Basic math and measurement skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PVC production line to ensure product quality meets specifications.
• Paletize produced pipe and adjust machines to standards.
• Document quality checks, weights, speeds, and temperatures.
• Maintain housekeeping and assist other line operators as needed.
• Work with supervisor/lead to ensure safety and efficiency.
