Job summary

Atkore, based in Eugene, OR, seeks a Fabrication Operator (PVC Pipe Bender) for 1st or 2nd shift. You will load and bend pipe, monitor specs, and ensure quality per job requirements. The role focuses on safe operation, accurate QC, and efficient production in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

You will handle multiple machines, perform startup/shutdown procedures, and maintain housekeeping. Pay starts at $18.75/hr with a $1.00/hr shift differential on the second shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong numerical and counting skills for quick calculations.
• Attention to safety procedures and quality standards.
• Able to adapt to shifting schedules and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication machines and saws to bend PVC pipe.
• Ensure safety, quality and production goals per machine.
• Perform QC on finished products during runs and document outcomes.
• Maintain housekeeping and proper labeling and packaging.
• Notify Shift Lead of safety concerns or material shortfalls.
• Support shift with setup/shutdown procedures and shift changes.
