The position supports cross-functional teams and interacts with customers and field personnel, with opportunities to contribute to ISO testing and product validation processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product experience in off-road equipment.
• Experience planning, executing, and documenting machine evaluation tests.
• Experience operating and evaluating off-road equipment in lab, field, or customer environments.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, powertrain, and electrical systems.
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead machine evaluation activities for full tree forestry products, including performance tuning, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Plan and execute PVV test requirements for PDP programs, including test needs, machine requirements, instrumentation, and schedule inputs.
• Perform ISO testing and machine measurements, ensuring results are documented clearly and accurately.
• Support field validation through machine operation, customer visits, direct customer interaction, and coordination with field teams.
• Lead and support Electrical PVV activities for full tree forestry products.
• Coordinate component evaluation and documentation with global partners.
• Travel up to 25%.
