Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED required.
• 1+ years of maintenance experience required.
• Valid Driver's License (NON CDL) required.
• Trade school graduate preferred.
• Licensed Electrician preferred.
• Licensed Master Electrician preferred.
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) regularly.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot system failures using tests and tools.
• Collaborate with operations to execute maintenance plans.
• Coordinate with construction during new project installs.
• Generate inspection and maintenance reports; keep records.
• Ensure safety standards and policies are followed.
